"Very Good"
The manager was very nice and accommodating. I booked the wrong room (one bed) he switched my room to a 2 bed with no trouble. The bathroom sink was very pretty shower was great. Bedspreads was cute with bears so fitting for this area. Pet friendly was a big plus. And they had smoking rooms YAH. So hard to find owners think your pets are not family and smoking people are bad in most motels. So this stay was a very pleasant one. Would stay again if in the area again.

It is near west asheville and downtown, making it easy to get around. The staff was very nice despite what other reviewers have said. The family lives on-site and does everything from front desk to cleaning.

"Disappointing"
Well the staff didn"t speak english, well. The walls were very thin. Wecould hear each of the neihbors. There wasn't any water pressure. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. There wss also no local TV channel guid We didn't have a very good experience.
